Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to digital software products sold by UpDownBeat, including Prompt-Lab and Kontakt Finder.

1. General policy

Because UpDownBeat sells digital software, license-based access, and downloadable software products, refunds are reviewed case by case after purchase and delivery status are confirmed.

2. Eligible cases

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical inability to deliver the purchased product
  • Incorrect charge caused by operational error

3. Non-refundable cases

  • Change of mind after successful delivery of a license or downloadable product
  • Issues caused by third-party services or unsupported environments outside the published product scope
  • Products already activated or fully delivered, unless required by applicable law

4. How to request a refund

Please contact updownbeat@163.com with your purchase email, product name, order details, and the reason for the request. If payment is processed by a merchant-of-record provider, refunds may also follow that provider’s process.
