UpDownBeat

Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of UpDownBeat products, including Prompt-Lab and Kontakt Finder, together with the related website, downloads, licensing, and account services.

1. Products and access

UpDownBeat offers digital software products for music creators. Prompt-Lab is a web-based tool with account and license-based access. Kontakt Finder is a downloadable desktop application that may require request-code and activation-code based licensing.

2. Accounts and licenses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate registration information. Licenses are issued for the purchaser’s own use and may be limited by plan type, device, machine, or expiration date. Sharing or reselling license credentials is not permitted.

3. BYOK usage for Prompt-Lab

Prompt-Lab may require users to supply their own third-party model API keys. UpDownBeat does not provide or guarantee third-party API availability, pricing, or service continuity.

4. Desktop software delivery

Kontakt Finder is delivered as downloadable software. Activation may require submission of a machine-bound request code. Support for activation, re-activation, and upgrades may depend on the plan purchased.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the products for unlawful activity, abuse the service infrastructure, attempt to bypass licensing restrictions, or redistribute software or generated license materials without permission.

6. Changes and support

UpDownBeat may update features, pricing, plans, and product delivery workflows over time. Support and update access may vary by product and by plan.

7. Refunds

Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy. Where a payment provider acts as merchant of record, refunds may also be subject to that provider’s process and policies.

8. Contact

For licensing, delivery, and support questions, customers may contact updownbeat@163.com.
